Shipment & returns

When will my order arrive?
We try to deliver our orders as quickly as possible. After you have placed your order, we will process it as soon as possible. Please note that packages are not transported on weekends or holidays.
The expected delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the control of Olivier Bruyneel and the courier.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

What should I do if my watch is damaged during delivery?
Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (visible or hidden) in transit, report the damage to the carrier within 7 days. Transport damage must also be reported to Olivier Bruyneel within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Haarlem, the Netherlands.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Orders in the Netherlands include VAT as standard. This is stated on the invoice. For orders abroad, taxes apply to the relevant countries. In general, this is about 20% of the sale price. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Olivier Bruyneel cannot control and is not responsible for any duties / taxes applied to your package. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note, in rare cases, agents may delay the delivery of your packages.
Customers who place an order in Europe will not be subject to import duties as our products are shipped from the Netherlands.
